Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity
Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity ，The only document
that might be required for the Customs clearance in Belarus is GOST B
Certificate of Conformity issued by certification body accredited by
Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification
(Gosstandart). The list of goods subject to GOST B certificate is
governed by Order No 35 dated 30.07.2004, with several addendums issued
in 2004 - 2007. The above documents contain list of goods specified by
Harmonized System tariff codes for which GOST B is a mandatory document
to allow clearing of the goods through the customs. This list contains
mainly consumer goods, food products, vehicles etc.; however it also
contains some types of equipments for industrial purposes.The following documents might be required for operation:
• - Gospromnadzor Permit for operation
• - Metrology (Pattern Approval) Certificate
• - Technical Passport
It does not mean that all above documents are required in all cases.
